Breastfeeding is a natural process but it can be unfamiliar to many as we have had misunderstandings, misconceptions, fears, and untruths with our breastfeeding history. It is very important to seek help before any more issues arise or worsen.
Whether you are breastfeeding, pumping, or supplementing, know that you are going to receive the support you are looking for. A lactation counselor can help you with your needs and make referrals.
This service includes breastfeeding/pumping/supplemental counseling, baby latching issues and positions, understanding a baby’s intake amount and output, transitioning back to work, emotional support for you, education, resources, referrals, and more!

This is accomplished by phone, email, or video call.
Customizing your birth plan is a great way to express with your providers what is most important to you, how you would like your labor and birth to happen, how you would like baby to be taken care of, and more. This service is only for helping you create your visual birth plan with simple pictures for an easy to follow guide for your providers and care takers. By email, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out, receive resources on topics that you request to help you make an informed decision, and receive your visual birth plan!
